All dinners include salad, entrée, dessert, ice tea,
lemonade and coffee or tea.
An 18% gratuity is not included in the above
pricing.

Mixed greens with mandarin oranges, silvers of
almonds and Citrus Dressing

Rib – mustard and fresh garlic encrusted prime rib slow cooked
to perfection and served with a creamy horseradish

Tenderloin – pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and glazed in a
sugared Black Butte Porter, slow cooked and sliced

Halibut – fillets of halibut topped with
pineapple salsa

Steaks – thick cut rib eye steaks grilled to medium and topped
with gruyere cheese and sweet

Chicken – this chicken is soaked in brine then dredged in a
special mix of flour and bread

Salmon – fresh salmon grilled on the barbeque, encrusted with
parmesan and lightly seasoned ... OR ... marinated in a homemade
maple glaze then grilled

Tip – marinated overnight and slow roasted barbeque

Chops – soaked in a apple and maple bath, then grilled to
perfection and topped with apple

Steak – tender steaks cooked med-rare, topped with onions
and mushrooms sautéed in butter and white

brown bag - chicken breast stuffed with cheese and bacon,
rolled in seasoned bread crumbs

Picatta – chicken breast lightly dredged in a flour mixture and
topped with a lemon and caper sauce. Served with noodles and fresh
