The Resort

The Cabins
- All kitchens are fully equipped; including coffee pot, microwave, stove/range, dishware and cookware.
- All linens and towels are provided. We do not, however, provide daily towel and linen service. During your stay any housekeeping service can be requested. Linens may be exchanged through the Office.
- All cabins have decks with outdoor seating. Cabins 2, 3, 5 & 6 also have screened porches.
- All cabins have gas barbeques on the decks during the summer season. We no longer allow charcoal barbecues due to the fire issues in the Camp Sherman area.
- All cabins are smoke-free. Only cabins 1 through 8 are pet-friendly.
- Cabins 7 & 8 have fireplaces. Cabins 3 & 4 have wood burning stoves. Cabins 1, 2, 17, 18 & 20 have gas fireplaces. Wood is provided for those cabins that have either woodstoves or fireplaces.
- We do not allow fires during the months of June, July, August or September. Subject to change depending on the weather.
- Cabins 17 & 18 have bath tubs in the master bathroom.
- Cabins 17, 18 & 20 outfitted with washer & dryers.
- Additional toiletries are complimentary at the Office.
Pet Friendly Cabins
- Pets currently permitted in Cabins 1 through 8 only.
- There is a $10.00 fee per pet, per day.
- No more than 2 pets per cabin.
- Pets must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended. A charge for excessive cleaning of cabins may be applied if these policies are not followed. Pets are not allowed in Cabins 9 through 20. There will be a $150.00 cleaning fee charged if these policies are not respected.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time is after 4pm.
- Check-out time is by 11am.
- No extensions are granted for late check-outs in July & August and during some holiday periods.
- If the cabin you have reserved is ready for occupancy, an early check-in may be possible. Please call the day prior to your arrival to check with the Office.
- Our resort office is not open 24 hours a day. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM so that we may make special arrangements for you.
Reservations Requirements
- We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Off Season bookings will receive a full refund if reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
- High Season bookings will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
- Winter Holiday Season bookings will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
- No refund for early departures.
Registration of Vehicles
- Only registered guests may use the facilities or stay overnight. RV lodging is permitted in some of the Metolius campgrounds, as well as Black Butte RV Park and Cold Springs Resort.
